Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve upon a powerful client/server architecture
- Work collaboratively with the rest of our team to bring our games to life
- Design, develop, write, test and implement quality code and tools
- Share knowledge with our team to incorporate games with client/server architecture
- Produce and maintain technical designs
- Help define, establish and enforce best practices for the team
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- Strong C#/C++ .NET experience
- Experience with client/server projects
- Comfortable with asynchronous network programming, server frameworks, distributed systems, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Understanding of implementing server applications including networking, memory, storage and concurrency
- Knowledge of web service technologies (e.g. MySQL, PHP)
- Focus on quality at all stages of development and operation
- Ability and passion for working in a team environment, a team player
- Excellent analytical skills
